Her leadership roles at esteemed health facilities, including Crossroads and BrightView Health, coupled with her clinical oversight at Hickory Recovery Network and Acadia Healthcare, highlight her profound impact on the field. Megan’s expertise and commitment to clinical excellence drive the compassionate and high-quality care 4Star Guidance is renowned for.

A respected figure since 2006, Chris's strategic management of behavioral healthcare facilities is driven by his Master’s in Counseling from North Carolina Central. His success is far-reaching, with Chris being a sought-after consultant for behavioral health centers nationwide, looking to emulate his effective business model. He is the architect of a widely-implemented policy manual that has set the standard for operational excellence across various states including North Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

With a rich background in Medicaid and managed care sectors, Joseph has mastered the intricacies of the credentialing process, medical billing, and the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. Director, Day Treatment Services

Timothy Chandler, a native of Louisville Kentucky has a passion for innovative and sustainable programming catered toward high risk populations. Mr. Chandler's unique approach has garnered success in multiple clinical settings such as addiction's, children and families and school based support. He is a licensed social worker (LSW) and CSW (Clinical Social Worker). His 20+ career extends beyond social work but also management experience for several fortune 500 companies. Mr. Chandler has a Bachelor's of Social Work degree at Campbellsville University and a Master's of Social work Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mr Chandler has been married to Amanda Chandler for 12 years and has 6 children and 5 grandchildren.

Mark Rothman MD, PLCC

 Consulting Physician Advisor

Dr. Marc Rothman is a physician executive and Internal Medicine–trained leader with extensive experience building high-quality clinical programs that scale. He has led national care teams, strengthened clinical governance, and improved documentation and quality systems across complex, regulated healthcare environments.

Marc is the CEO of Lizzy Care and previously served as Chief Medical Officer at Signify Health.


As 4Star’s Consulting Physician Advisor, Dr. Rothman supports our clinical leadership with guidance on care standards, documentation integrity, quality improvement, and practical systems that help teams deliver consistent, high-trust care for children and families.

Ryan is a double force for the team, also possessing a strong background in digital marketing and product strategy. His visionary leadership and expert guidance have been instrumental in securing the funding and exposure needed to continue to steer 4Star Guidance towards its mission of providing exceptional pediatric mental health and behavioral health services. His passion for innovation and growth is matched by his commitment to ethical and effective business practices, making him a venerated leader in the industry.

Chief of Staff + Project Manager

MJ joined the team in the fall of 2023 after working in an emergency department in southeast Michigan for five years. His time as a medical professional caring for people from all walks of life, in addition to working as a P.M. for several start-ups in past years, enables him to use his experience to seamlessly guide and lead future endeavors for the company. His personal ties to mental health struggles developed an unwavering dedication to assist those who feel as if what is in front of them in challenging times is final. MJ's belief in our youth is displayed in the patience, trust, and care he places in not only the company but in our young clients as well.

Kailey Hills

Program Coordinator, Day Treatment Services

Kailey Hills is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student originally from Chicago, Illinois, with a strong academic foundation and a passion for social justice–oriented mental health care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee after transferring from the University of Louisville, where her academic interests solidified around counseling, advocacy, and relational healing.

She is currently completing her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026. Throughout her graduate training, she has remained deeply engaged in both academic excellence and professional leadership.

Rob Moomaw

Senior Advisor (CHV) + Board Member

At 4Star Guidance, Robert focuses on operational excellence, program structure, and quality improvement initiatives that support individuals with autism and their families. He works closely with leadership teams to strengthen day-to-day operations, enhance service consistency, and ensure programs are designed to meet both clinical standards and real-world family needs. His approach emphasizes clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement to create environments where staff and participants can thrive.

Robert has extensive experience developing scalable operational frameworks, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning services with regulatory, funding, and reimbursement requirements. He is particularly skilled at translating complex processes into practical workflows that improve outcomes, reduce administrative burden, and support long-term organizational stability.

Robert Singer-Williams

Manager, Day Treatment Programs (Cornerstone)

Robert is the Manager of Day Treatment at our Cornerstone location. He is a 31-year-old father of one from Louisville, KY, and a BSW graduate of Kentucky State University. Growing up in foster care and overcoming a tough upbringing shaped his passion for supporting children and families in his community.

With experience in educational and community-based settings, Robert leads with empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to empowering others. He strives to build trust, foster collaboration, and create inclusive environments where every family feels supported and valued.

Derrick Jackson

Manager, Day Treatment Programs (Firehouse)

Derrick is the Manager of Day Treatment at our Firehouse location, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight within behavioral health services.

With a background in psychology and sociology, Derrick brings a thoughtful, person-centered approach to treatment, team development, and client care. Derrick is committed to fostering supportive environments that promote growth, accountability, and positive outcomes for both clients and staff.


M’kyia Davis, MSSW

Coordinator, Clinical Services & Communications

M'Kyia knows that truly supporting a child starts with empathy. As the Clinical and Communications Coordinator at 4Star Guidance, she draws on years of hands-on experience—from nannying for diverse families to serving as a cognitive coach and day treatment specialist—to advocate for the next generation.

After completing her BSW and MSSW at the University of Louisville, M'Kyia has focused her career on the intersection of education, mental health, and program leadership. Whether she was tutoring literacy or managing programs as a coordinator, her goal has remained the same: to honor the individual experiences of every person she encounters. She is thrilled to utilize her clinical expertise and passion for storytelling to support the 4Star community.
